Our exclusive private gym is committed to personalised training, utilising cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art equipment to help clients achieve their fitness aspirations. Our unique approach ensures that each client has the entire gym to themselves, allowing our trainers to provide undivided attention and deliver exceptional results efficiently. We offer fully customised training programs, coupled with expert nutritional guidance, designed to help you safely and effectively shed unwanted weight, build muscles and ensuring tangible lasting results. Each training includes Pre and Post workout drink and protein. 

Depending on the client’s objective, dietary intake for every single meal will be monitored with information on food and their nutritional values. These will greatly help in your daily choice of meals.

We will be using Japanese technology Tanita for measuring body composition during each session.

Your progress and body composition will be recorded and updated and shared with you to monitor closely together.

Before each session, we will take the measurements of the following: 

Body Composition:

  • Muscle Mass
  • Water Percentage

  • Body Fat Percentage
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)

  • Segmental muscle mass and fat analysis - body fat and muscle distribution

  • Visceral Fat

  • Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) - the amount of calories your body requires at rest

  • Inner age 

With the data collected, we will be able to formulate and fully understand the profile of our clients. This information will be the guideline for us to plan the journey to achieving your goal. We will be with you every step of the way.
